20216月毕业于华南理工大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。

202111-至今任成都大学食品与生物工程学院特聘副研究员。


主要研究方向

农产品加工副产物高值化利用、畜产品加工、食品材料。


主要科研(或教学情况)

第一作者发表SCI论文20余篇,授权国家发明专利2项,参与获得省部级奖励2项。主讲《畜产品加工学》、《食品毒理学》、《文献检索》等本科生课程。
